Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

DRIFTWOOD BEACH I is located on Jekyll Island, GA just south of Savannah. The trees that were still standing when I visited this location, stood very close to the ocean's edge, which I found remarkable being next to the ocean. The fallen trees which succumbed to the ocean and now driftwood, were a fascinating juxtaposition of life and death.
This work of art was created on an archival 18" x 24" canvas panel and painted with archival oil paint pigments. Plaster underlayment has been applied under the foreground trees to create texture and a sense of depth. Painting is signed on front bottom left corner. The title, size and medium are printed on the back of the work. Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist included. Painting ships unframed but frame may be added (contact me for details). Framed with 2.5" wide, flat panel with dark distressed wood.

Elaine has always had a deep connection to the natural world around her and enjoys taking part in translating nature's magnificence to canvas.
