Garden at Prescott Park is located in Portsmouth NH. Prescott Park was created and has been maintained by the terms of the last will and testament of Josie F. Prescott, a life long resident of the City of Portsmouth. It was her wish that a public park, free and accessible to all, be established along the Portsmouth waterfront. The old craggy trees among the beautifully maintained formal gardens offers a unique view. The original painting is a 24"x20" oil painting on canvas and comes framed in a gold/bronze frame. Image of frame available on request. Painting is signed on the front at the bottom left and the title, size and medium are printed on the back of the work. Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist included.

Elaine has always had a deep connection to the natural world around her and enjoys taking part in translating nature's magnificence to canvas. Landscapes have always been her passion, where shapes, textures and lighting always offer an endless source of subjects and challenges. Elaine was born into a family of musicians and grew up in Massachusetts with seven siblings, all with various artistic talents of their own.
